Due to continual growth and expansion, the team is constantly facing new challenges aimed at (digitally) optimizing, integrating, and refining financial processes. From the headquarters, located in a beautiful forest area in Leusden, the team manages the planning and control cycle for all entities, including international branches.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the regular planning & control cycle (month-end/year-end closing);
  • Take (pro)active part in optimizing processes;
  • Maintain and improve the control framework (budget, forecast, planning & control);
  • Create and analyze reports, further refining them;
  • Keep a close watch on various fiscal matters both domestic and international;
  • Take responsibility for a number of (international) entities.

The story of Companial began in 2022, but its foundation was laid many years earlier. 1ClickFactory was founded in 2009 and is a provider of (automated) technical services to Microsoft partners. QBS Group was founded in 2013 and operates as a value-added distributor for the fastest-growing international network of Microsoft partners. With more than 1000 partners in 75 countries, Companial offers solutions such as Dynamics 365 upgrades, migrations, and Azure managed hosting. Companial is part of Novature, a growing network of IT and telecom companies with a global presence.

Companial is expanding, and therefore they are looking for an ambitious Financial Controller to strengthen their finance team and help elevate the organization to the next level. You will be part of a finance team of twelve professionals, ten of whom are based in the Netherlands and two in Lithuania. Together, you will work towards an optimally functioning, sharp, and efficient control cycle.

Companial is looking for a technically strong financial professional with a naturally proactive and critical view on finance processes, preferably combined with IT knowledge. You are someone who is not easily discouraged and communicates flexibly within a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization. Specifically, they are seeking:

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance & Control, or a related field;
  • 5 years of relevant work experience;
  • The ability to work process-oriented, with high accuracy and a healthy critical mindset;
  • Excellent spoken and written command of Dutch (minimum level B1) and English;
  • Proactivity and initiative when improvement projects are required;
  • Affinity with IT and ERP systems;
  • Excellent Excel skills with strong analytical and numerical abilities.
